Creyos ADHD assessment and test:
We have partnered with Creyos to provide measurement based behavioral healthcare for better patient outcomes. Creyos provides precise cognitive and executive function testing and helps providers develop a unique treatment plan for each patient based on their individual strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluation and diagnosis for mental health problems such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma related disorders, OCD, autism, schizophrenia and various other disorders.
- Medication management.
- Psychotherapy/counseling as needed or indicated.
Insurances:
We are now accepting PPO plans for Bluecross Blue Shield of Texas, Optum, United Healthcare, Oscar, UMR, Tricare.

60 minute new patient evaluation with Dr. Mansoor $450
60 minute patient evaluation with Leah Johnston $375
We offer various kinds of follow ups, specific to the needs of our patients.
- 15-20 minute medication management with Dr. Mansoor: $200
- 15-20 minute medication management with Leah Johnston: $185
