POSITION TITLE: Clinical Director
POSITION DUTIES:
- Oversee daily clinical activities, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all clinical treatment programs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and excellence in patient care.
- Develop and enforce clinical policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical services to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ensure all clinical operations comply with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in developing and managing the clinical department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
*This position will supervise the work of other employees such as receptionists and information clerks.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Health or Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or other closely related health or medical science field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a hospital or clinic environment, involving responsibilities such as overseeing operations, coordinating patient care, and supervising clinical staff.
RATE OF PAY: $75,000.00 per year
